About the Henley Counseling Program
We are here to help you either individually or in a group in the following areas:
We can help you with problems or concerns you are having at school with friends or family. We also collaborate with Region Ten counselors and offer support groups on topics such as peer relations, changing families and stress management.
We are here to guide you and your parents through your education at Henley and into WAHS. We will be glad to discuss your classes with you and we can provide appropriate resources to meet your academic needs.
At the end of your schooling, we would like for you to be prepared for a career. This is why career counseling, even in middle school, is important. Sixth grade students identify and explore their interests; seventh grade students attend the Career EXPO; and eighth grade students meet with a counselor and develop a 4-year high school plan.
