Increase in Employee Engagement
Our goal is to see employee engagement numbers increase each year in the Gallup survey. During our 2022 employee Gallup survey, we were given an Employee Engagement Index.
Employee Services Department
Our goal is to establish an employee services department that serves only ACPS employees. In 2022, we successfully launched our own Human Resources Department to serve ACPS employees.
Improvement in Retention Rate
Our goal is to improve our annual retention rate, as well as ensuring that no demographic groups are leaving in disproportionate numbers. Our baseline data for this metric is the employee retention rate for the 2021-22 school year.
Qualified Applicants
Our goal is to increase the year-over-year number of highly qualified candidates applying for positions in the division. We anticipate that baseline data for this metric will be available in December.
Decrease Unfilled Positions
Our goal is to decrease the number of unfilled positions year-over-year. We anticipate that baseline data for this metric will be available in December.
Salary Satisfaction
Our goal is that exit interview data does not show salary as a reason that employees leave the division. We anticipate that baseline data for this metric will be available in December.
Increase Participation in Forums
Our goal is to increase employee participation in our employee forums. We will be developing further opportunities for engagement and gathering baseline data during the 2022-23 school year.
