Monday, November 4, is a professional development day for all ACPS staff. No school for students.
During the 2020-21 school year, Albemarle County Public Schools (ACPS) operated a COVID-19 hotline in an effort to assist our students, employees and families with hardships faced due to COVID-19. We were glad to be of help to the many community members who used this service.
As our community begins to recover from the turbulence and uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, ACPS would like to continue to be of service to our community members in need. As we move into the new 2021-22 school year, while we will no longer operate our COVID-19 hotline, ACPS encourages students, employees and families who are in need of resources or assistance to reach out to their school principal, school counselor, or supervisor for support.
