ACPS Google Transition Recommendations
High School Seniors -
Stay in touch with ACPS! Albemarle County Public Schools is pleased to announce that all high school seniors will continue to have access to their ACPS student email account for 1 year after graduation. ACPS will communicate alumni updates and important information to this email address in the future for 1 year.
- Google Drive accounts are not available after graduation. Graduating seniors who wish to archive or move Google Drive data from their @k12albemarle.org Google account should follow this link. Drive data will be available for a limited time after your departure (less than 30 days).
- Please sign up for our Password Portal so that you can manage your ACPS password remotely as part of the annual password change.

Staff -
If you are a staff member exiting the school division who wish to archive or move digital assets from their @k12albemarle.org Google account should follow Google's Takeout directions. Your account will stay active and available until your termination date identified by Human Resources. We recommend using Google Takeout to save any Google files to take with you.
Staff and Students needing additional assistance can reach out to their school’s Learning Technology Integrator or submit a service desk ticket.
