PD Reimbursement Requests (PDRP) Overview
This process will replace the paper PDRP Application form. You are still required to make a reimbursement request prior to the start of your course oar conference. This page will help you with the request process. For a full overview of the professional development reimbursement program (including submission guidelines, deadlines, and reimbursement amounts), see the PDRP web page.
1. For both courses and conferences, once your request is submitted, your principal will receive a notice for pre-approval. Once approved by your principal, the form will automatically be sent to Central Office for a second pre-approval.
2. Once your course/conference/project is complete, return to your original request in order to submit the required back up documentation to receive your full credit and/or reimbursement. Reimbursements will not be awarded until this step is complete.
