Partner with ACPS

Albemarle County Public Schools values our community partnerships and appreciates the impact they have on our students, families, staff, and schools. We are committed to strengthening our existing partnerships and developing new relationships with local organizations. If your organization is interested in making a difference in the lives of students in our county schools please join us by becoming a community partner on SchooLinks.

Types of Partnerships

Work-based Learning Partner: Partnerships in which schools partner with local industry for job shadowing and work-based learning opportunities.

Corporate Partners: Partnerships dedicated to supporting schools or the division financially, through donations, or other similar means.

Non-Profit Partners: Partnerships that provide direct services to students, families, and/or staff.

Educational Partners: Partners that provide educational support to our schools in the way of experiential opportunities, educational outreach, and educational programming.

Religious Partners: Faith-based community partners working with schools and/or the division to support schools, families, and communities.

Local Community Partners: Partners (any of the above) that work with a specific school or geographic area.

SchooLinks is ACPS' Student Career and College Planning platform. This platform connects students with jobs, internships, events and other opportunities. As an Industry Partner, you are able to post opportunities for students, register to participate in events at our middle and high schools, and provide virtual mentorship on this platform.
