Payments and Billing
- All families are required to create an account on MySchoolBucks.com and register their students in the system regardless of your chosen payment method. Our new EDEP student database is integrated with MySchoolBucks, powered by Heartland, and we cannot document or process payments until this account setup is complete.
- All EDEP services must be pre-paid.
- Payments received after 4:30 pm will be posted to the next business day.
- No refunds or credits will be made for unused days. Days are not transferable to the next school year. Days purchased for an individual student may not be transferred to another student.

Credit Card Payments
- Pay by credit card (American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa) or electronic check using our new online payment platform, MySchoolBucks.
- Please note that online payments will incur a 4.95% convenience fee.
- EDEP cannot accept credit card payments in person or by mail.
- Payments will appear on your statement as ALBEMARLE EDEP-STORE

Creating MySchoolBucks Accounts
- Go to MySchoolBucks.com to create an account for free and add your student(s). (MSB Activities is part of the MySchoolBucks family. You may already have an account with MySchoolBucks if you use the service to pay for your child’s school meals.)
- Visit MSBactivities.com and log in with your MySchoolBucks username and password.
- Pick the program you want to pay for (Full-time EDEP, Part-time EDEP, and/or Student Holiday Program) and complete your registration.
- Receive alerts when program fees are due and quickly pay online at MySchoolBucks.com or with the MySchoolBucks mobile app.
