Albemarle County Public Schools Extended Day Enrichment Programs (EDEP) provide quality attention, thoughtful guidance, authentic experiences and engaging activities to enhance and expand the learning of Albemarle County students. EDEP is operated by the Office of Community Engagement in collaboration with each elementary school. It provides a safe and enriching environment for over 1,000 elementary students. These programs are self-sustaining, funded entirely by the tuition and fees collected for their use.

EDEP operates the After-School Enrichment Program (ASEP) and the Student Holiday Program/Spring Break Program.

EDEP serves students from Kindergarten (age 5) – grade 5 who are enrolled in an Albemarle County elementary school. Eligible students may only participate in the ASEP at the school site in which they are enrolled.

Space is limited, so enroll early.

Please contact Veronica Crawley, Registrar, with questions at vcrawley@k12albemarle.org.
