What You’ll Learn:
- Designate a temporary guardian for children.
- Organize financial and property documentation.
- Navigate the Power of Attorney process to protect your assets and loved ones.
Items to Bring:
Participants are encouraged to bring the following:
- Official identification (passport, consular ID, or state-issued photo ID)
- Birth certificates for children and family members (if available)
- Bank account information (names of banks and account numbers)
- Property titles (vehicles, real estate, and other assets)
- Lease agreements (for rental properties)
- Vehicle documents (titles, registrations)
- Children’s details (full legal names, birthdates, and contact details for a potential temporary guardian)
