Free School Meals for Students at Agnor-Hurt, Greer, Red Hill, Scottsville & Woodbrook

The following message was sent to families of elementary students attending Agnor-Hurt, Greer, Red Hill, Scottsville or Woodbrook.

Dear Families,

As a follow-up to yesterday’s message regarding our Child Nutrition Program, we are pleased to inform you that your school is part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) this year. This means that all students in your school are eligible to receive a healthy school breakfast and lunch without cost to your household for every school day of the 2022-23 school year. You do not need to take any further actions to participate.

This provision is limited to one breakfast and one lunch per student per school day. Any additional items, such as individual milk for students who pack, bottled water, or an extra entrée will be charged according to the “A la Carte” Pricing posted on our Pricing web page.

While it is unnecessary for you to fill out an application for free and reduced-price meal benefits for your child who attends Agnor-Hurt, Greer, Red Hill, Scottsville or Woodbrook, you can list your child on the application that you complete for any of your other children who attend another school.

We look forward to welcoming your child back to school tomorrow and to providing them with healthy, tasteful and nutritious meals throughout this school year!

Sincerely,

Christina Pitsenberger
Director of Child Nutrition
