Registration Types

  • Online registration will open beginning at 6 a.m. on the date indicated above for your child's school.
  • Available slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
  • ​Registrations received after all slots have been filled will be ​added to a waitlist. As a reminder, registration fees are not required if your child has been placed on the waitlist.
  • Once you have received confirmation of registration, payment is due by 4:30 p.m. the next business day.

Random Selection (Brownsville and Crozet Only)​​ ​

  • ​​​​This year, we are introducing a new "rando​m selection" process for registering students at Brownsville and Crozet elementary schools.
  • Interested families should complete the online interest form anytime between 6 a.m. on Monday, May 13, and 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 20.
  • Once the May 13-20 window has closed, we will register students using a random drawing.
  • ​Each family will complete a single online interest form. Through our random selection process, EDEP will register students in the order in which the interest forms are drawn. As space allows, we will do our best to place all siblings listed on the interest form.
  • Families will be notified of registration status by May 22. Once you have received confirmation of registration, payment is due by 4:30 p.m. the next business day.
  • ​​Students who do not receive a spot in our program will be added to a waitlist in the order in which their names were drawn. As a reminder, registration fees are not required if your child has been placed on the waitlist.

​​​Tuition and Fees

  • After-School Registration Fee: $50 per school year. ​Once you have received confirmation of registration, payment is due by 4:30 p.m. the next ​business day.​
  • ​​Student Holiday Registration Fee: $30 per school year​
  • After-School Full-time Tuition(4-5 days per week): $255 per cycle
  • After-School Part-time Tuition (1-3 days per week): $185 per cycle
  • Student Holiday Tuition: $50 per day​​

Important Information

  • The Extended Day Enrichment Program (EDEP) is available to students in Kindergarten through Grade 5; however, students must be 5 years old before they can attend the EDEP program. Kindergarteners who are 4 may be registered, but cannot attend until ​they turn 5.
  • All accounts must be current (no outstanding balances) prior to registering for the 2019-2020 school year.
  • We will void any registration if it contains false or misleading information.
  • There are nine payment cycles. The full or part-time option must be purchased every cycle to secure the space.
  • When purchasing the part-time option, the days attending must be selected at the time of registration (for example, a M/W/F or a T/TH schedule). Selected days of the week may not change from week to week unless premium days are used.
  • If payment is not received by noon on the first day of the cycle, services will be suspended, which constitutes official withdrawal from the program. Registration will be inactive and the student placed at the end of the waitlist. Readmission is subject to space availability and will incur a $20.00 reinstatement fee.
  • EDEP will not operate on half-days (January 17, April 3, and June 5, 2020) or if school dismisses early. Please make certain your child’s school has current information regarding where your child should go in the event of an early closing.
