1) How can I make an EDEP payment?
You can make payments online or you can pay in person at the EDEP administrative office, located at 907 Henry Avenue.
Cash, check or credit cards may be used to make payments. Cash payments must be delivered [in person] to the EDEP office. Payments made by check may either be mailed or delivered to the EDEP office. To make a payment with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card, click here. The EDEP Administrative Office does not accept credit card payments in person or by phone. All credit card payments must be submitted online. Credit Card payments are not automatically deducted.
Please note that a 3% convenience fee is added to all credit card transactions. Credit card company by-laws require the Department of Finance to use a third party to process credit card payments for VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. The EDEP uses a third-party processor named Elavon to process credit card payments. Elavon will charge a convenience fee of 3% on the total amount of the bill charged as authorized under Virginia Code 2.2-614.1.

3) Are Premium Days available?
A Premium Day Package (a block of 4 days) is only available to part-time attendees who may need to augment their schedule with an additional day (beyond the pre-selected 1-3 days). It is not available as an individual entity for drop-in use. (Refer to page 10 of the Parent Handbook)
4) What is a billing cycle?
The After School billing is divided into nine (9) cycles. All holidays and teacher workdays have been omitted from the billing cycles; however, Student Holiday and Spring Break Program offerings are listed on the cycle coupon in which they occur.
5) Do days purchased roll over from cycle to cycle?
Only the premium days roll over from cycle to cycle; however, they must be used within the current school year. Full-time and part-time attendance options must be used within the cycle for which they are purchased. There are no refunds or credits for unused days.
6) When and where is the Student Holiday Program offered?
The Student Holiday Program is offered from 7:00 am-6:00 pm at Greer Elementary School on the following teacher workdays and the week of Spring Break:

The Student Holiday Program is not offered on Half Days, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Winter Break, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day or Memorial Day. Please note that your child must be registered for the Student Holiday Program in order to attend.
