Our Balanced Scorecard
The balanced scorecard (BSC) is a performance management system used by the Division to monitor and report progress on important strategic work. Using key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to School Board priorities, the balanced scorecard reflects the status of key strategies and projects designed to support the Division's Vision, Mission and Values. KPIs are updated on either a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis and used for continuous improvement within the Plan-Do-Study-Act framework. The following links provide access to the Division's BSC reports:
Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) is an iterative four-step process that serves as a model for continuous improvement in many industries. The balanced scorecard is used to inform the Study phase of the PDSA process.
